Returns & Refunds Policy

At Spliff Cafe, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high quality cannabis wellness and health products, and we understand that there may be situations where you require assistance with a return, exchange, or refund.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.

We may offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Product received in poor condition
  • Missing items from your order
  • Verified quality related concerns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging where applicable
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
  • Supporting images or videos may be requested for assessment

Non Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened consumable products
  • Used vape products or accessories
  • Products that have been tampered with after delivery
  • Clearance or promotional items unless faulty
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper storage

Refund Process

Refunds are not processed automatically through our website checkout system.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds may be processed via:

  • EFT bank transfer
  • Store credit
  • Product exchange

Approved refunds may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect depending on your banking institution.

Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products instead of a refund.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and products received.

Failure to report delivery related issues within this period may affect our ability to assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
